Everything But the Kitchen Sink Soup
You may be tempted to put the kitchen sink in this hearty soup but trust me – it does not need it. This is a hearty beefy soup that can cook all day in the crock pot and be ready for dinner. Serve with a loaf of crusty bread, green salad and you have dinner in a jiffy.

  1. Cook onion in oil until translucent .
  2. Dump onions and frozen meatballs in crock pot.
  3. Add remaining ingredients EXCEPT pasta in crock pot. Stir and allow to cook on low for 4-5 hours.
  4. Cook pasta according to package directions. Set aside and add desired amount of pasta to each bowl when serving to prevent pasta from getting soggy.
  5. Toppings to enhance: cheese, sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, crackers, corn chips , diced green onions, avocados.
