  1. Brown ground beef and drain. Season with one seasoning packet from ramen package and set seasoned ground beef aside.
  2. Put 2 cups of water, veggies, noodles (all broken up), ginger and optional season packet in pan. Boil, reduce heat and cover pan. Simmer for 3 minutes .
  3. Return beef to skillet and add onions and cook until warmed.
Recipe Notes

This recipe is great for a quick supper.  You can use any variety of frozen veggies and it will always taste good.  If you do not want as much seasoning just cut the amount in half and use half of a package for seasoning the ground beef and the other half for seasoning the noodles.
