brussels sprouts
sliced very thinly 2

apples, your choice of variety
halved, cored and thinly sliced

extra virgin olive oil

lemon juice

coarse ground mustard
salt and pepper
to taste
Instructions
Place brussels sprouts and apples in a medium sized bowl.
Whisk remaining ingredients together and pour over sprouts and apples.
Refrigerate for a few hours to let flavors blend if possible before serving.
