Casserole

16 oz can
cream style corn
1
10 oz package
frozen chopped broccoli
cooked and drained
1
egg
beaten
1/2
cup
cracker crumbs
(I used Saltines but think Ritz would be perfect)

TBSP
instant minced onions

melter butter
1/2
tsp
salt
dash
pepper
Topping
1/4
cup
coarse cracker crumbs

melted butter
Instructions
Combine corn, broccoli, egg and 1/2 cup cracker crumbs, onion, 2 TBSP melted butter and salt and pepper.
Put into 1 quart casserole dish. Combine the 1/4 cup cracker crumbs and 1 TBSP melted butter.
Spring on top of broccoli and corn mixture. Bake uncovered in 350 degree oven for 40 minutes.
