Life is funny at times, isn’t it? Traveling is definitely different these days than it used to be. I’m not complaining – just stating a fact. Chris and I are fortunate to be able to do a lot of traveling and we always, always, always have adventures. Our best times are when we have an unscripted trip and aren’t scheduled too fully.

Chris and I just got home from a week away. We started with a visit to Aaron and Erin in Raleigh, traveled to Beaufort, South Carolina area to visit Chris’s high school friend and his wife and ended up in Savannah, Georgia for a couple of days. It was fabulous.

We stayed at The Bohemian Hotel Savannah and when we checked in we were greeted with a glass of champagne, bottles of water and the offer of any information we needed. How lovely. We went to our room and discovered this.

We called down to the front desk to inquire what we should do and they told us to just keep it all. Bonus!
