What’s On YOUR Camera Roll?

10 Comments/ 449/ 0

Here we are with another post about what is on my camera roll. I have a ton of pictures of our grandson but I won’t share those here. I try to respect his parents wishes and don’t share his picture on social media unless I ask and you know I have plenty of other pictures to share of other things, right? So here it goes…

Chris got me a great present this year –an I Home Clean which I have named Rosie. It has already proved to change my life. I realize that is a tad dramatic but these cats kick up a lot of litter and fur is always an issue so I am hoping to keep up with it a little bit more with the help of Rosie. Of course the cats have to keep on eye on her…

.

.

It was all good until I missed picking up one of Maksim’s favorite toys and Rosie sucked it up. Chris and I were able to trouble shoot it and cleaned it all out but now I know she will suck up just about anything so watch out. Maksim helped me put all the Christmas stuff away but mainly he just sat on the stockings.

.

I found out that I am a tastemaker with Starbucks.

.

I loved this display at REI — we call them “do not eats” in our family but what a great way to recycle and reuse them.

.

Remember my story about the counterfeit Advent calendars? Well, I think I got got again. We ordered Grinch shirts to wear with Theo and got him one as well. This was Chris’s.

.

When Theo was here we had taco night ( a huge hit and he ate 5 mini tacos) and pizza night. This was his pizza he made on his own.

.

Finally, Auntie Erin and Uncle Aaron got Theo a cute tent for Christmas. We all took turns playing in it and I captured the rare lobster monster when he appeared.

.

Have a great week and I will see you back here on Monday. Sounds like bad weather might be on the way so stay warm and safe all of you.

Old Girls in Low Cotton

This short book was one that looked like it would be a fun read. I honestly did not enjoy it all that much---it was a lot of characters bickering and while some of the writing was witty and funny it was not that kind of book that made m...

This is quite a book! I had it recommended to me by several people and while I thought it might be a little dark and depressing it made me have a better understanding of what life in this time period was like. The strength of the huma...

Another great book by John Green. I have become a huge fan of John Green since my reading of A Fault in our Stars and this book was another that did not disappoint me at all. It was a story of a child prodigy, a lot of anagrams, and a b...
