Today’s teapot is one that I think makes a statement. A statement that needs to be reinforced especially now. Not only is it a really cute teapot it is making a message that we all need to hear. You get it, right?
Teapots don’t have to be fancy or high brow in my world. Some of my favorite teapots in my collection are the ones that are a bit whimsical. This Save the Children teapot is the perfect example of a fun teapot.
I have had this teapot for years and if memory serves me correctly I purchased it in a department store like Kaufman’s.
Not only is it a unique teapot it was one that a certain percentage of the money I paid to purchase it went back to the Save the Children Fund so you know that was a huge bonus in my eyes.
Whenever I look at this one I hear the song “It’s a Small World After All” running through my head. Now so do you. You are very welcome.
I love the colors and the expressions on the faces of the children on this one, don’ t you?
