Places of worship come in all varieties. Small country churches, outdoor churches like Faith Memorial Chapel , big city churches and university chapels. Chris and I actually got married in our own university chapel at Ohio Northern so that type probably holds a special place in my heart.
The one place we had not visited that was on my list was Duke University Chapel in Durham, NC I am not a Duke fan but this chapel might change my mind. Smile. I have a lot of Duke friends and I get it. Allegiance to college is a real thing. I understand. But this chapel. Wow. It is fabulous.
Just look at that. It reminds me so much of some of the cathedrals we have seen on our travels abroad.
The windows are amazing and each one tells a story.
