A baby can change everything, can’t it? I know in our family the arrival last year of our sweet grandson absolutely changed our lives in so many ways.

In the case of the Christian world a baby came into the world and definitely changed the world because of his birth, his life and his death.  It is something that I as a Christian cling to and hold fast to especially in this time of Advent. 

One of the virtues that Christ brings us is the virtue of love.  Love changes everything..

The Advent candle of love is also sometimes referred to as the “Bethlehem Candle” as a reminder of Mary and Joseph’s journey to Bethlehem.

Because of that one baby and because of that one night we can know the most perfect love ever.
