Last week on our “spring break” getaway we found some time to go to some pretty great places. Of course I will share those with you because that is what I do. I am good at sharing. One of the places we visited Atalaya Castle which was the winter home of industrialist and philanthropist Archer M. Huntington and his wife, Anna Hyatt Huntington who was a well known sculptor. Atalaya Castle is located in Huntington Beach State Park in South Carolina.
One of things on the grounds that I spied through the window was a pollinator garden with some fun signs so after we toured the castle we went outside to walk through it. It was a fun garden with signs posted with a bee theme which seemed so appropriate.

Even though it was too early for the plants to be blooming it was lovely to see these pieces of art gracing the pathways.
Do you have a favorite pollinator plant? I would love to hear what it is so leave me a comment and Comment for a Cause for Pretty Place.
