The question of the day is how many eyes do I have? Now most ordinary folks have two. Some of us who wear glasses were called Four Eyes at some point in our lives. But most ordinary folks have two eyes on the front of their head.

In a recent cleaning out of drawers I discovered this mess.

For the uneducated in the womanly beauty regime these are eyelash curlers. Simply place the eyelashes between the rubber pieces on the curler, crimp briefly, and like magic beautifully curled eyelashes will almost always appear.

But for me, obviously, I have been on the search for the perfect eyelash curler or I have 7 pairs of eyes. You decide.

I could say a lot of things about the abundance of eyelash curlers in my make up drawer. I could pontificate upon the many reasons why I somehow managed to create yet another collection in my house. But I won’t.

I will just say that there are no longer this many in my drawer and I have a reasonable number of eyelash curlers now.

The answer is — I have two eyes. Just like you.
