Grandma Bonnie’s Poppy Seed Bread

Ingredients

sugar

butter

lemon juice

banana
mashed
Dry Ingredients

flour

tsp
baking powder

tsp
salt

tsp
cinnamon
1/4
cup
poppy seed
Instructions
Beat sugar and butter together.
Add eggs and lemon juice.
Add flour mixture alternately with the mashed bananas.
Beat until smooth and then fold in poppy seeds.
Pour into a greased 9 x 5 loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for 60-70 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes then remove from pan and cool on wire cooling rack.
