Ingredients

flour
sifted

baking powder

salt

sugar

40% bran flakes

egg

cup
milk
( I used almond milk)
1/4
cup
vegetable oil

tsp
cinnamon
optional
1/2
cup
chopped pecans

Instructions
Sift together flour, baking powder, optional cinnamon, salt and sugar. Set aside.
Place bran flakes, milk, egg and oil in a bowl and beat well.
Add sifted dry ingredients to bran mixture mixing just enough to combine. Add chopped pecans if desired. Put in greased muffin tin.
Bake in moderately hot over at 375 degrees for 25 minutes. Best served hot out of the oven.
