The Best Time of the Year

It’s almost time for the best time of the year. If you know me, you know that I love helping at the Brevard AAUW Annual Used Book Sale. It starts on Saturday and goes through until Wednesday and there is something for everyone.

The sale has something for everyone and I mean everyone. What I love about this sale is that it is a true community event. From all of the AAUW members, spouses and significant others, to our community who donates books all year long –it takes all of us to make this event happen.

Over 30,000 items to choose from is what we boast of the sale and honestly –there is something for everyone. If it has been written, we probably have a copy of it. This year I am looking forward to finding some of those hidden treasures of my own to take home.
