Sometimes the days are long. Sometimes there are things that just weigh a person down. There is much to be concerned about these days. Earthquakes and devastating tsunamis. Nuclear reactor melt downs. Hunger and joblessness. Sickness. Medical concerns. Financial stress. It seems like the world is going to hell in a handbasket some days and it is hard to get beyond it all. But then there is something that almost always shows up that lifts your spirits. My spirit lifter yesterday was Jorge Narvaez and daughter Alexis. This clip from the Ellen show was what turned my frown upside down yesterday.
