We had an awesome day!!! We went to the Sever’s Corn Maze in Shakopee, Minnesota (http://www.severscornmaze.com/) and it was so much fun!!! Thanks to Groupon for telling me about it and getting us half price tickets we ventured there right after it opened this morning and had a blast!!! We did it all! From the petting zoo to the corn pit to the roasted corn to the corn canon to the fabulous maze—it kept us happy! The day was a beautiful crisp sunny fall day and it was perfect!!! The maze was a tribute to the 50th year of the Minnesota Vikings so of course everything had a Vikings theme right down to the maze. Now if it were left up to me I would still be wandering in the maze since I have no sense of direction and even maps don’t help me! But Chris “pretended” to read the map and we made it out alive even if we did not get to see all of the things that we were supposed to see to put in a slip for the drawing for free tickets!!! And the title……we were watching a lady come out of the corn pit and she was dumping corn out of her jeans into a little pile on the ground. Someone who shall remain nameless commented that it must be “crack corn” and I will just leave it at that!
