2014MugOComfortButton

Last year I found out about this fabulous blog Chaotic Goddess Swaps and I shared it with my readers because the ladies at Chaotic Goddess are rockstars at creating great swaps.  It is time for their annual Mug O’ Comfort Swap and I love this one because seriously, who can’t use a Mug O’ Comfort this time of year?

Last year my swap partner was Jenni from Sincerely Jenni and we had such fun with the swap.  You can read about what Jenni sent me for my goodies by clicking here.  You can see from the picture below that Jenni spoiled me rotten with all the goodies she tucked into my swap box.

mugocomfortI can not wait to join in the fun again this year.  There is always fun involved when I get to shop for someone else AND when I get a surprise package in the mail.  Who doesn’t love a surprise?  It’s pretty simple —fill out the form and the Chaotic Goddesses match you up with a swap partner and then the fun begins.

The rules are very easy to follow:

Your Swap Objective:
Get to know your fantastic partner and send them an awesome package that has a mug and other mug-related goodies. Goodies can include things like treats, cocoa, coffee, tea, etc.

Dates to Remember:
Sign-Ups Start: Monday, February 9th.
Sign-Ups End: Monday, February 16th.
Giveaway Ends: Tuesday, February 17th.
Partners Assigned: Wednesday, February 18th.
Packages Ship: by or on Saturday, March 7th.
Show-Off Link Opens: Wednesday, March 11th.

So what do you need to do?  Click here to take you directly to the blog page where you can read all of the rules and guidelines set up for the swap. Sign up and off you go on your way to a wonderful and fun adventure with a fellow blogger who can share some goodies with you as well.  I loved that this came at the time of year when I really needed a little lift.  Winter seems to be dragging on and on and on, doesn’t it?

If you want to see what I sent Jenni last year you can click here to go to her blog and see what was in her goodie basket.  I will give you a hint—think coffee!!!Coffee Break card

Old Girls in Low Cotton

This short book was one that looked like it would be a fun read. I honestly did not enjoy it all that much---it was a lot of characters bickering and while some of the writing was witty and funny it was not that kind of book that made m...
