More Veggie Love on Teapot Tuesday

22 Comments/ 3615/ 1

The third teapot in my Miniature Vegetable Teapot series stars the squash teapot. Although I am not a squash lover by any means (I know, I know.  But they are right up there with cooked carrots and you all know how much I detest those. ) but I love this little teapot.  Another in the Avon series of non-functional teapots (remember that dire warning?)  This one is bright and cheery and determined to make a smile appear on any frowning face today.  Squash Teapot

It really is a cute one. Though not a functional one it has a bit of charm to it so I can’t get rid of it. 🙂

I love her! She is so lady like and dainty! (On a side note…I also HATE cooked carrots too! I can tolerate butternut squash only and only if it has enough brown sugar in it! LOL!)

We are kindred spirits. I knew it. Squash is right up there with cooked carrots. Gag.

There is just something about the consistency or something that I can not stand. And I like some strange foods so it is odd that I have never developed a taste for these things. Oh well. Still plenty of other veggies to eat!

Aw, what a cutie! And I love the blossom on top. Beth Ann, I’m with you — no squash, and I prefer my carrots raw!
