Teapot Tuesday - A New Find

You have waited awhile for a new teapot and today is the day! Remember how I was excited yesterday about my new Comments for a Cause – Black Mountain Home for Children, Youth and Families? Remember that I mentioned that they have a Cafe and a Thrift Shop? Yea, baby! You know what I found there, right?

Just look at this $6 find. Isn’t it pretty? The lid has two perfect finger holes to use to lift it off of the pot.

This one is a pretty common Japanese pattern and in pretty good shape.

It has a lovely design on the front and back.

I think it was. a great find and it helps support our wonderful Comment for a Cause recipient this month as well. Tell me what you think in the comment section. I would love to hear if any of you have a similar teapot in your home.
