Yep, there he is…..the one lone salmon that managed to be caught over the weekend by my hubby and his dad in Michigan.   According to the “experts” the water was just too warm and any self respecting fish would not enter those conditions.  So it makes me wonder if “Sal the Salmon” was a little unaware of his surroundings.  Perhaps he saw a hottie salmon and thought that he would chase her.  Or perhaps his vision is going along with his sense of touch.  I don’t know .  But whatever the reason he was the one and only catch of the trip.  The good thing was that they had beautiful weather and great time together and after all that was what the trip was all about.  And I got to spend time with the rest of the family including our niece who made me a pretty cool necklace! Thanks, Mere!  I will wear it all the time!!!
