What’s On My Camera Roll?

What’s on my camera roll?

You know you love these posts because they are quick to read and easy on the eyes.

Plus it gives you a glimpse into my life, right?

So here you go.  A few pictures from my camera roll.

First up another box of books for my Little Free Library arrived from my niece and her sister in law.  The donations have been coming in steadily and I am switching out books that have hung around awhile and sharing some with the other LFL that is outside the Boys and Girls Club.  It is so much fun seeing what people take and what they donate.

I got a new duvet cover for the bed and the cats keep attacking the flowers and the birds on the bottom of it.  It makes me giggle and in this picture Buddy was contemplating his next move.

We went to The White Squirrel Festival in Brevard over Memorial Day weekend and it was definitely an event for the dogs. These are just a few of the canines that were enjoying the festivities with their humans.

Pisgah Pete made an appearance with his friend at the festival.  Poor Pete was an injured white squirrel who was nursed back to health and now makes the rounds of the different festivals as well as helping with programs throughout the county.  He wasn’t too lively looking when we saw him but I suspect he was just enjoying the attention.

Memorial Day found us cleaning the garage.  It has been long overdue and we still have a lot of work to do but at least we made a dent in it and designated throw away piles, recycling piles and donate piles.  The biggest thing was getting all the pictures we had stored sorted through and the cardboard broken down which I happily loaded in my Subaru and took to the recycling center.

Of course Buddy was front and center on my camera roll with a couple of cute poses.

Did someone say they needed help making cards?

Have a great day and don’t forget to share a smile with someone today.

Old Girls in Low Cotton

This short book was one that looked like it would be a fun read. I honestly did not enjoy it all that much---it was a lot of characters bickering and while some of the writing was witty and funny it was not that kind of book that made m...

Another great book by John Green. I have become a huge fan of John Green since my reading of A Fault in our Stars and this book was another that did not disappoint me at all. It was a story of a child prodigy, a lot of anagrams, and a b...
