I had to look it up when we got back to the room because I was clueless–basically an egg cooked in a pot within a pot at a constant 149 degrees for 60 minutes….who ever came up with that?? I had the pasta dish but stole a bite of the veal from Chris—I could see those baby cow eyes looking at me as I enjoyed it…

You were in town and didn’t look me up? Oh, the pain!!!!
lol. I thought the one hour farm egg was a lengthy period of labor for the hen. Ten more minutes and a ‘c’ section would have been performed, by Colonel Sanders, I think.

Those cuisines look delicious…I have my eyes on the calamari.
Kroten has to be taken away from that picture or she will eat this computer screen 😉

I’ve never heard of a one hour egg before. Where have I been? I’ll enjoy my scrambled eggs, thank you.

Old Girls in Low Cotton
