“Backseat Driver”???? This is so funny! Years ago, Motor Man and I purchased a recliner and brought it home in our pick-up. When we loaded it at the store, I STRONGLY suggested tying it in, but he said it would be fine. Our trip home took us across a 4 mile long bridge…and that recliner tipped forward over the tailgate of our truck. I just stared out the window at the river, fully expecting our recliner to end up in the water. We made it home okay, but we still laugh about how I TOLD him to ratchet down that recliner! Your picture brought back those memories!

Oh that is great! And why don’t the hubbies listen to us? I can just see that recliner precariously tilting !

“There! Now you don’t need a window seat!” said to the kid who complains about being in the middle of the back seat. P.S. I “might” have needed this when my three children were young. 😉

With only two boys I didn’t hear that too often but I could totally get it with 3 kids in the backseat. Loved your caption!
