Feedback Please!

2 Comments/ 1794/ 0

Been trying to spruce up the old blog page so bear with me while I reconfigure and find a theme that I like. I think this one is not going to work but I will give it a few days. The part I like about this theme is that I can put my own picture as the header so today I chose a picture from Toolakea Beach in Queensland. A favorite place to go and a lovely spot to sit and relax.

So as you may know I have had a couple things happen to me lately with Ebay purchases. The latest thing is that someone listed something as New and when I received it it was definitely NOT new. It works fine (for now at least) and it serves its purpose but it is not as advertised. So….a lot of emails back and forth and I got my shipping refunded at least which was about $19. I still probably would not have bid on this item had it been listed as Used but such is life. So now I am left with the dilemma of leaving feedback. Do I slam the seller for misrepresenting even though they refunded my shipping fee? I am torn on this but just went on Ebay and found out that the seller has more items like what I bought listed and they are all listed as New still…..even though the seller told me that he discovered that the lot of 300 items he bought were indeed used. I would love your opinions on this! Do I leave negative feedback and try to explain? Or do I just leave it alone? Thoughts please!!! Next time I will check feedback a little closer as I found a negative feedback on this seller for the exact same thing!!!!! I hate liars!!!

So that is my dilemma today—-comments please if you can find the comment link on this post!!!! 🙂

Old Girls in Low Cotton

This short book was one that looked like it would be a fun read. I honestly did not enjoy it all that much---it was a lot of characters bickering and while some of the writing was witty and funny it was not that kind of book that made m...

An Abundance of Katherines

Another great book by John Green. I have become a huge fan of John Green since my reading of A Fault in our Stars and this book was another that did not disappoint me at all. It was a story of a child prodigy, a lot of anagrams, and a b...
