That’s it…..I give up…..

Just what do I give up on? Simple….getting a good picture of myself!!! I was messing around yesterday—too much time on my hands I suppose, and thought it would be nice to update my picture on the blog and on Facebook. Since I had just been to the hairstylist and felt like the color was fresh, the cut was spot on, the style was attractive I should take advantage of that good hair day. Well it is harder than it seems to get a good self portrait.

Seriously….how hard should it be to have a nice picture taken ? Well, from viewing some of the choices below—difficult! Perhaps I should have longer arms. Perhaps I should have enabled the help of my husband. Perhaps I should have chosen a different location. Different lighting. Different background. But I was trying to just do this simply and get a nice updated pic.

Suffice it to say it may have been a good hair day but not a good picture day……and by the way…that is the shirt that I wore ALL day long that had blobs of toothpaste on it that no one seemed to think was important to tell me about…..wahhhh!
