    Cat haters at work.

Have you been in a place where nice, orderly people have dutifully confined, sterilized, and all but destroyed the local cat population? Rats become the dominant predators. Of course in small towns some people then want to bring in wolves and bears, herd the people into geriatric housing projects in the city so they can die faster anyway…don’t get me started!

We need free-range cats, and only some of them need to be sterilized. Where are the subsidies for rabies shots?

I get what you mean. I know a lot of places that do the sterilization and notch their ears and the system works just fine. I was just loving the googley eyes.

Old Girls in Low Cotton

This short book was one that looked like it would be a fun read. I honestly did not enjoy it all that much---it was a lot of characters bickering and while some of the writing was witty and funny it was not that kind of book that made m...

An Abundance of Katherines

Another great book by John Green. I have become a huge fan of John Green since my reading of A Fault in our Stars and this book was another that did not disappoint me at all. It was a story of a child prodigy, a lot of anagrams, and a b...
