40 years of marriage to the love of my life.

Have each of those days been easy? No.

Have there been challenges? Absolutely. But none that we could not face together.

But through it all, over time, we have developed a rhythm, a pattern, a comfortable space for one another.

We both are products of long term marriages and are so very grateful for the examples of our parents who loved each other as long as their lives on earth lasted. My prayer is for the same for our own sons and their wives.

40 years of loving.
