Doing Good Things with Faithbox Subscription Box

7 Comments/ 284/ 0

Subscription boxes amaze me.  It is always fun to see a box in the mail that holds surprises and there is a subscription box for just about everything these days.  I have not highlighted one for awhile so thought today was the perfect day to share Faithbox with my readers.faithbox7I happened upon Faithbox 5 months or so ago when another blogger reviewed and shared her code.  I was intrigued and signed up for a 3 month subscription.  I planned to blog about the boxes but just did not get around to it but today is the day because I absolutely LOVE everything that came in my Faithbox in August.   (Yes, I am a little behind since August is almost over but that’s okay, right?)faithbox3 Each month the folks at Faithbox select items to include in their packages that highlight companies and groups that do good things in the world. Aren’t you all about doing good things? I know I am and when I find a place that gives back like Faithbox I want to support them.faithbox2

Faithbox posts their mission statement and goal front and center on their website:

Faithbox inspires daily Christian living by helping you grow in your faith, impact your community, and discover meaningful products from companies that do good.

There is always a daily devotional book included called Everyday Faith that is a great way to jumpstart my devotions every day.  Along with that there are other items ranging from food items to books to stationary.  There is always something really fun included in the box.faithbox6The August box came with Everyday Faith, and amazing set of photo greeting cards, a little bottle of Steamm Espresso, an amazing book by Lysa TerKeurst entitled Uninvited, and this interesting little box emblazoned with The Stitch.  The Stitch is a physical symbol of the voice frequency and the nonprofit that provided it is on the mission to help provide one-on-one counseling to those affected by the stigma of child sexual abuse.  Amazing and visual way to show support for something that is so vital.  faithbox4Some of the boxes I have received have not hit me quite the way this one did but all the items were great to give as gifts or to use myself.  The boxes run around $25 each and different subscription plans are available. Each box shipped will provide three meals to hungry kids at Christian orphanages via their partnership with RiceBowls.orgfaithboxTo get your own Faithbox subscription feel free to use my referral code by clicking here.  Although I did not receive compensation for writing this post I can receive free boxes if friends join using my subscription code.

Subscription boxes are so fun. Thanks for sharing what’s inside! I’m intrigued by that little bottle of espresso.

Thanks, Priscilla. I usually do these subscription things for a limited time just to try them and alternate but yes—I am fortunate to be able to afford to do this.

This is awesome … The CEO of Faithbox, Willie Morris, wrote his story, The Big Reveal, about this company in the August issue of Guideposts. Quite a story. Thanks for sharing your personal experience.
