Teapot Tuesday today is a special one. Of course they are all special but this one came from my Mom and I love the simplicity of it. She found it in the Thrift Store at Copeland Oaks years ago. The raised bumps on the surface give it a nice texture and the delicate flowers complete what used to be a vessel for lovely flowers. You never know what you are going to be able to find in thrift shops or other out of the way places. The Thrift Shop at Copeland Oaks always has really great stuff although I doubt it is open currently during the pandemic.
“Tea brings time to a crawl, its frantic pace resuming on noticing our empty cups.”
