Mini Teapot Tuesday

12 Comments/ 2089/ 1

It’s time for a set of three mini teapots on Teapot Tuesday.  You thought I was done with all of the mini ones but you were mistaken.  I still have a few to feature and these three are cute examples of how tiny little teapots can find their way into tiny spaces.

Now a close up look at each one seems to be in order.

Which one is your favorite?  I am partial to the red pepper.  These guys are tiny –barely as big as a thimble so obviously no tea can be poured from them but they would make adorable pieces in a doll house, don’t you think?

Her tea basket was still lost, but that didn’t seem to matter now. People used to eat loose tea on long journeys. They’d pack it into hard little cakes they’d pull out later, to gnaw on while they warmed their hands by a fire. The tea provided physical sustenance, but it was also considered good for the soul.

Wish my mom Happy Birthday today, will you?  She turns 86 today and a simple “Happy Birthday, Helen” in the comments will make my day and hers as well!  Thanks! Plus it all counts for Comments for a Cause!

My favourite is the red pepper teapot as well. But I love all of them. Wish your dear mother a very Happy Birthday and give her a huge hug from me when you see her next XO. She is just one year younger than my mom who will be 87 on December 25. We are so lucky to have them.

Hi Beth Ann! It may be because I’m a mom, but at first I thought I was looking at candy! I know, crazy, right? Anyway, my favorite is the red one!

They’re super tiny! I think I’m partial to the pepper because I’m not sure what the others are;)
