I might have to admit that I have a few too many teapots. I might admit that I am thinking I need to pack some up and store them instead of having them all crammed in nooks and crannies of the house. When we moved things back from Dothan I was thrilled to be able to put my favorite reading chair in the dormer area of my office and a sleeper sofa in my office as well to accommodate overflow guests. They were really nice pieces of furniture that we did not want to sell.
But now I have too many furniture pieces in my office and one is the rack that holds a bunch of teapots. I am thinking I may pack some up and store them and keep rotating them during the year. That might be the solution.
My sweet hubby did buy me one teapot for Christmas that has been on my wish list for awhile. it is a really cute one and I am happy to have it on display on my hutch right now.
I think you will agree it suits me to a t. Or tea. Purrfectly.
“Meanwhile, let us have a sip of tea. The afternoon glow is brightening the bamboos, the fountains are bubbling with delight, the soughing of the pines is heard in our kettle. Let us dream of evanescence and linger in the beautiful foolishness of things.”
