Thank You, Veterans

8 Comments/ 104/ 0

The United States is a pretty amazing place to live. Yes, we have our problems but then what country doesn’t ? But when it all comes down to it we have a country that is pretty wonderful and I am reminded each and every day of the sacrifices that many men and women have made to ensure that I have the ability to live the life that I live. I am grateful (there’s that word yet again) to be able to be a citizen of this wonderful United States of America. I am proud to be an American and I hope you are as well. Thank you to all who have served and who currently serve to help ensure our freedoms.

A special thank you to the three most important veterans in my own life in the picture at the top of the post. My husband (Navy), my father in law (Air Force) and my Daddy (Navy).

We owe so much to our veterans, the least we can do is honor them and thank them for their service to our country and to us!

Old Girls in Low Cotton
