A Vanderbilt Special on Teapot Tuesday

5 Comments/ 81/ 0

It seems like I have devoted quite a few posts recently to the Biltmore Estate in Asheville, North Carolina. Living under an hour away has allowed us to enjoy many aspects of our passholders membership over the years. It is well worth the yearly fee for us and is a great place to take guests and pop in for a couple hours here and there.

On one visit I bought a teapot (imagine that) that I have come to love. It is a replica of one used on the estate and I absolutely love it. I have shared it before but since it seems to be Biltmore appreciation week here on It’s Just Life I thought I would share it again.

The Biltmore sounds like an estate I would love. If I ever get to NC…

I would never get tired of the Biltmore and to have a teapot from there would be awesome. Lovely.

Old Girls in Low Cotton

This short book was one that looked like it would be a fun read. I honestly did not enjoy it all that much---it was a lot of characters bickering and while some of the writing was witty and funny it was not that kind of book that made m...
