A Week of Sunrises

16 Comments/ 74/ 0

Our time at Harbor Island in South Carolina included some pretty darn amazing sunrises that we could watch from the comfort of our bed.  Enjoy.

Thanks for joining me today for my sunrises.  I hope you enjoyed them as much as we did.

Wow. I’ve always wanted to live somewhere that I could see sunsets every night, but I can see that sunrises can be just as beautiful.

Sunsets are pretty amazing as well. We sat on the front porch of the rental to see those but we really loved the sunrises the best for some reason.

These sunrises are amazing and to think you didn’t need to get dressed and walk for miles to see them!! How special.

Yes! Even better that we could just lay in bed and watch it.

How coincidental that you posted about sunrises today as we awakened to a beautiful one here in cold cold Minnesota. Randy pulled the shade in our bedroom and told me to look at the beautiful sunrise. It’s one of those sweet little things he does that I so appreciate.

That is very sweet. We sleep with our curtains open on the French doors that overlook the lake so I can see it whenever I wake up and it starts my day off right. At the beach we did the same thing and it was magnificent every day but one when it was too cloudy and rainy for the sunrise to be showing . Sunrises are my thing lately it seems.

Love them! I’m more of a sunset girl only because I can’t get out of bed early enough to enjoy them (on the weekends). But I saw some pretty spactacular sunrises over the mountains this summer – also enjoyed from our bed. 🙂
