Anchors Away – Teapot Tuesday

9 Comments/ 96/ 0

What could be more fitting for me right now than a nautical teapot?  Not much, let me tell you.  Today’s teapot is one that I found in Lakeside, Ohio before our move back to North Carolina. I love the matching cups and have used it often at our lake front home here in Connestee Falls.

Now I am well aware that there will be no starfish in Lake Atagahi  but I couldn’t resist a little bit of staging with one that we got in the Bahamas a few years back.

I love the Little Blue House line of products and you bet I will be looking for more from them in the future. But in the meantime, sit back and relax with me as I enjoy water views and cool mountain breezes.

Come along inside… We’ll see if tea and buns can make the world a better place. –

I love this set. That dusty rose colour inside the mugs is appealing. I don’t care for mugs that are white inside for some reason. Most of mine are earth tones. Teacups with white insides are OK though. Love the quote and will share it as it is so perfect for these days. XO

I haven’t been to Lakeside in decades. Oh my, what a rush of memories from your teapot post. Your teapot is lovely, that shade of blue appeals to me.

This is an adorable set that also looks very functional. I would use that myself all the time. 🙂

It is the perfect set and the mugs are perfect . Sometimes the mugs/cups that come with sets are not as great as I would like them to be but these are so great.

Another lovely tea pot. Of course my favorite color blue. I know you have enjoyed it many times at your lake side.

That teapot reminds us of more pleasant things — just what we need right now. 🙂
