Equal Time for Cats – It’s Only Right

13 Comments/ 101/ 1

Cats deserve equal time on It’s Just Life and since yesterday went to the dogs I decided today should be all about cats. It seems only fair.

I am loving being in Raleigh for a few days this week with Aaron and Erin who just moved back from Jacksonville a mere two weeks ago. My intent was to help them unpack and settle in a little bit but honestly they are pretty well into the process by now and it is down to the boxes that I really can’t help with. But I am the master “shelf liner putter inner” so that was one of my duties. I am happy to report that that went extremely well and I also was able to use my superb expertise to flatten boxes and get them loaded in the old Subaru to recycle on the way home.

But fortunately it wasn’t all work – we had lots of great time together and while they were both working I was able to spend some time with the grand kitties Diego and Fajita. They are the best and I had to share some of the many pictures I took of them during my visit.

Aren’t they adorable? Thanks for indulging me. I am off to Ohio next week to see my mom. Chris is on the road every week now so I am taking advantage of the time he is traveling to be able to go do some visiting which works out for both of us. I can’t wait to see my mom as you can imagine.

Hope you all have a great weekend. Any big plans? I would love to hear about them so leave me a comment and Comment for a Cause for AAUW Scholarships for Young Women.

I love those grandkitties of yours. They are so fluffy and adorable. They seem to pose well for the camera too. Enjoy your time with them and your mom later. xo

Adorable kitty photos! They sure do get wherever they want to be, don’t they?! I remember when I had two…came home from work one evening and couldn’t find them inside my apartment. Couldn’t find them anywhere. Started to think maybe someone from maintenance had been in and they had got outside. Eventually I heard a noise, and looked up and they were both on top of the upper kitchen cabinets….lazily swinging their tails and laughing at me.

These fluffy kitties are too darn cute. Are those gummy bears for cats?

These cats are gorgeous, love your furry scarf! Glad to see the gummy bears are not for the cats. I don’t think they would like those!

They are so such great kitties, too. I absolutely love them and yes–gummmies for cats probably would not be very good, would it?
