Happy Birthday to Our Baby

21 Comments/ 2980/ 1

It’s Aaron’s 28th birthday today and we spent the weekend with he and 3 of his friends.  We laughed, ate a lot of good food and enjoyed our weekend more than words can convey.  Isn’t it wonderful when your kids grow up and they turn into the amazing young adults that you knew they would be?

I could wax nostalgic today and share some of my fondest memories of Aaron growing up like when he was the entrepreneur selling golf balls and more to golfers driving by our house or tell of some of the things that happened to him like me running over his foot with a vacuum cleaner or when he broke his leg and his dad and I thought he was exaggerating but I won’t.  Instead I will just tell you that I am proud to be his mom every single day.

Happy Birthday, Aaron.

That one is one of my favorites as well. That was in Chicago a long time ago and Aaron was always a little mischievous. And we did have a GREAT weekend.

You were part of that exciting and a little scary time when Aaron decided to come a tad bit early. But it is such a great memory to have friends still from those days! I saw your pics of your wedding time with your kids—they look wonderful just like you!

That was a scary time with Aaron! Tara was a bridesmaid in her girlfriend’s wedding…..I’m close with the bride’s family and got to see many friends from back home at the wedding! Thank you for the compliment!!

Yes….yes, you read correctly and are the only one to pick up on that. 🙂 He still has a teeny scar…..he was just too fast and got in my way before I knew it. It was very traumatic for both of us but fortunately we made it through the episode. 🙂
