It’s All About Apples on Teapot Tuesday

7 Comments/ 84/ 0

My sister gave me today’s teapot and I love it.  I have several other apple themed teapots in my collection but this one is so great. Part of what makes it great is that she rescued it from being sold at her church rummage sale.  Someone else could have bought it but she snatched it up for me before the sale opened.  Now isn’t that the best sister ever?

I absolutely love it and know that it will always have a special spot in my collection.  What’s the saying? One person’s trash is another person’s treasure?  Well, I have a treasure now.

“If there are no spots on a sugar cube then I’ve just put a dice in my tea.”

That is so cute, it reminds me of the apple trees we had in our backyard in Ohio in our first house when our girls were little. I don’t miss the bees that were also attracted to them.

Perfect! You have a great sister like I do. Mine too has “gifted” me with rummage sale teapots she’s found.

How special, especially since it was your sister that rescued it for you. XO
