A tiny little teapot to serve a cup of tea with your cupcake! When I bought it I thought it was going to be larger than it actually is but no worries—it makes up for its size in cuteness.
Buddy once again wanted to get into the act and decided to sample my tea while I was away from it…..suffice it to say I did not finish that cup.
“Dad was at his desk when I opened the door, doing what all British people do when they’re freaked out: drinking tea.”

Leave a commentHas Buddy ever gotten a teacup stuck on his nose (shades of Winnie the Pooh)?
Hahaha—not that I know of. I usually do not encourage this type of behavior but he snuck in on me. 🙂
That’s very whimsical. You’ll have to show us the room where you keep all the teapots sometime:)
I know—-I need to get it organized so I can take a picture of where they are all kept…but that means I need to work on cleaning and organizing…..
Aww Mom….it was just one little sip!! Yes..our babies can get into so may things when they think we aren’t looking . I so love that teapot….oh so cute!!
He is never far from my side, let me tell you. Sometimes he gets in my way but I still love that cat to pieces!
I LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Thanks!!!!
🙂
As your post popped onto my computer screen, I thought, wow, Beth Ann sure created one fancy cupcake. And then I scrolled won. This is the sweetest teapot. I could see this used at a little girls’ tea party, all the darlings dressed in frilly dresses and over-sized high heels and bead necklaces.
That Buddy. These photos are precious. What a cat you have.
I debated sending it to my niece who collects cupcake things and it still may find a home there eventually. It is pretty cute. And yea—Buddy—yes—he is quite a character.
Your niece would love this if she collects cupcakes.
Yep—It may go to her eventually.
Very cute, kinda Holiday-ish! I am watching a Livestream of kittens being fostered and they are The Cupcakes.. 🙂 CH would just drink after the cat.. 🙂
I couldn’t drink after him. He is my baby but still….I draw the line at that. 🙂
Buddy looks like he’s gonna get his head stuck in the cup! LOL Fun teapot, Beth Ann!
Hugs from Ecuador,
Kathy
He managed to drink a bit before he shook his head because it was hot. Silly cat.
That would be the perfect pot for a tea party with my girls. they would love it.
Cats are such good pets I think. They are independent but a fun and loving pet. I would love Buddy I am sure.
Buddy would be on your lap immediately. That is the kind of cat he is. Holly would be licking you. Maybe not quite as endearing but her purr is pretty loud and lovely.
What a cutie, I mean the teapot. OK Buddy is pretty cute too. Too cute to get mad at for spoiling the tea.
I can always make more, trust me. 🙂 The teapot is itty bitty but cute!
Tell me — did Buddy like tea? I had a Sheltie (the one before this one) who insisted on drinking the last couple of swallows from my teacup every night. Probably wanted the sugar, ha!
This is a cute little pot, though a tad on the sugary side for me. What it lacks in practicality, it makes up for in display.
I love, love, love this one! Cupcake and red, it doesn’t get any better than that!
It is pretty darn cute. I wish it was a bit bigger, though. It might be Harper sized. 🙂
That’s the most adorably cute teapot ever. Perfect for a little girl tea party! 🙂
It would be perfect for that, I agree. It is very cute in person.
That is a fun little teapot. Then Buddy steals the show! I remember my mom having a freshly poured glass of buttermilk, and my parakeet landed on it and took a sip. She didn’t drink after him, either.
Oh my goodness—I don’t think I would drink after a parakeet either. 🙂
Oops, I hit “send” too soon. Noticing your Teavana cup–have you tried their white chocolate peppermint tea?
I have not tried that tea—is it worth a go????
Yes!
Okay–I will definitely check it out! Thanks!
The teapot made me hungry…lol
Was it mouse tea?
It is small enough for a mouse!!! 🙂
lol
Wait…you don’t drink after your cats? Odd. The cupcake t-pot is darling. I love it. Do you have a recipe for cup cakes? Or maybe just a picture?
Hahahhahahahahahahha!
Love this little gem and Buddy is a fan of tea–at least sniffing. I knew there was a reason I love him. Miles and Att have to sniff everything I eat and drink. I’m totally used to it now. Eight years ago, not so much.
He actually drank so I draw the line at that. My cats have been doing really weird things lately—not sure what is up with them.
Super-cute Teapot and kitty! 🙂
Thanks!!! Welcome to Teapot Tuesday!!!!
Ah, was that Buddy (T) Chiles? That teapot is soooo Christmas morning!!
Haha!!! Yes, Buddy T.
When I first started looking at this I actually thought it was a cupcake – it was so delicious looking!
It is pretty glittery in real life—I would not be tempted to eat it at all!
