I am often astounded by the labels that accompany products these days. I bought a new curling brush and saw this label on it when I unboxed it. Seriously. I guess they have to label things to avoid lawsuits but really? I would hope that anyone using something like this would know that it would be hot. I think if they really wanted to cover themselves they would include ALL body parts and not just the eyes.
Have you encountered some weird label on anything lately? Something that made you go –hmmmm. I would love to hear about it so leave me a comment and Comment for a Cause for Copeland Oaks Library.

Leave a commentThe very best one I ever saw was in an elevator in Dubai. It said children under three must be accompanied by an adult. Falling about laughing imagining all those rugrats rushing to get to the elevator before their parents. And of course, having to stand on each other’s shoulders to reach the pushbutton start
Do you think that maybe some people have tried to curl their eyelashes with a curling iron? Now that makes me cringe!
I truly think it’s because of frivolous lawsuits that a lot of companies put warnings for things that seem common sense. But if I’ve learned anything in my time on this earth is that some people just don’t have it!
We bought a foam mattress topping. And info inside suggested ways to recycle old foam (which we don’t have). Now I thought that was a great idea.
I have to admit I have burnt my hand & scalp but thank God never my eyes. I agree with everyone I think they are trying to avoid law suits.
