How cute is this set that my sister sent to me ??? A purrfect set of teapot and two matching cups for a purrfectly good cup of tea to share with a friend. Come on over and I will put the kettle on and share. If you are lucky I will make sure that there are no real cat hairs in the brew.
Tea is also a sort of spiritual refreshment, an elixir of clarity and wakeful tranquility. Respectfully preparing tea and partaking of it mindfully create heart-to-heart conviviality, a way to go beyond this world and enter a realm apart. No pleasure is simpler, no luxury cheaper, no consciousness-altering agent more benign. ~James Norwood Pratt

Purrrrrrfect for you!
Exactly. Isn’t it adorable??
Meow ~ adorable!
Thanks! 🙂
Love that it comes with matching mugs. Purrfectly adorable!
It is one of the best gifts ever!
Its the cats meow. Very cute and FUN.
You know I loved opening it. Now to find a dog set!
this one is so cute! I imagine my daughters would love to drink their hot cocoa out of these cups. but I am having a spot of tea right now actually.
Hot cocoa would be wonderful in these mugs, I think. With a lot of marshmallow melting all over the top!
This one scores high on the cuteness scale. And the mugs to match are just adorable. What a thoughtful sister.
SHe is very thoughtful, isn’t she?? I need to make sure that she sees I featured it today.
What cute Cats!
Thanks! I think they are pretty darn adorable.
Q. What kind of tea does it brew? A. Kit”tea”! Ha, ha I kill me…
You kill me, too. Cat nip tea.
Miles objects! However, Att and I are sold.
I don’t have any doggie ones—-I need to look for one, don’t I???
My apologies to Miles.
Miles says this is an outrage! He recommends one with a Boston Terrier on it. Att says don’t bother they’re overrated.
🙂
Isn’t it just like our siblings to make the best purrrrrrrr-chases for us? Love this one, Beth Ann.
Sorry to have been away for a few days. I’ve been busy finishing another chapter of my mafia memoir to read at a literary event here in Cuenca Thursday night. Hard to catch up. I’ve missed you!
Hope you are warm and well!
Hugs from Ecuador,
Kathy
Great to see you back, Kathy! Sounds like you have been busy! You will love my Comments for a Cause for February—art, recycled materials, kids—all right up your alley!
Living as I do with a long-haired dog, I find dog hairs EVERYWHERE. In fact, months after a vacation at home, my son Domer calls to let me know he’s found dog hairs on his clothes! So I wouldn’t worry too much about cat hairs — let’s just have tea from that darling pot and those cute mugs and enjoy our visit!
Sounds like the perfect plan. Pet hairs –who cares?
So adorable!!
Thanks, Nina!!! It is even cuter in real life!
I really like the cat teapot with cups. I think I will drink some tea right now in my ONU cup.
It is a really cute set quickly becoming one of my favorites.
Enjoy
Beth Ann – I look forward to your Teapot Tuesdays – anxiously awaiting to see the new teapot! Love this one – have two kitties myself; a calico and a tuxedo…time for tea for two please!
Well thank you! Who would have thought when I started this that people would actually associate Tuesday with teapots now? 🙂
So cute–love the kitties. Meow!
Thanks, Karen!
Oh, that’s a cute set! Put the water on, I’ll be right over!
I am getting ready! See you soon!
This is so adorable and whimsical. LOVE tea, esp ginger. PS how do you get the copyright info on your pics? i’ve tried to do that following the directions on my new canon rebel and it won’t show up tho it says it should. i’m so frustrated!
Thanks! I sometimes use Picasa for the watermark but lately have been using PhotoBulk. PicMonkey is also another great photo editing tool. I am not very good at it but I like to at least have credit if someone lifts my photo. 🙂
