Teapot Tuesday – Christmas Thrift Shop Find

5 Comments/ 85/ 0

I have often regaled you with the stories of great teapot finds at thrift stores and today’s teapot is one that fits into that category. This “new to me” teapot caught my eye as I passed the Humane Society Thrift Store on Main Street last week and I popped in to check it out. At a mere $5 for the entire set I said “SOLD” in a moment and the sweet teapot and set went home with me to join my other Christmas teapots.

Just look at this cute teapot and plate – aren’t they perfect for the holiday?
The set includes the mug and creamer along with the plate
which is perfect for holiday cookies.

I think this was a pretty sweet deal and in addition to getting a really cute tea set I contributed to helping local animals. Win win win in all aspects, don’t you think?

On Christmas Day,
At half past three,
Make your self a cup of tea,
I’ll think of you,
You think of me,
Underneath the Christmas tree
