The Third Week of Advent Brings JOY!

9 Comments/ 106/ 2

JOY!

Just reading that word brings a smile to my face.

Joy comes in all shapes and sizes, doesn’t it?

Joy is the feeling of pleasure or happiness.

When was the last time you witnessed or experienced true joy? I hope that the answer to that question is that you experience it daily because I believe that is how God created us.  I truly believe that we are created to bring joy and happiness to one another.

During this time of year I think it is easy to witness joy especially on the faces of children as they anticipate the wonders of Christmas time.  All of the twinkling lights, bright decorations and happy Christmas music bring joy to even the most hardened of hearts.

Please enJOY the video.

JOY!! Do we ever hear or use that word anymore? Except of course at this time of year.. How sad a thought that is!

That’s a great video! I agree with the previous reader’s comment: we rarely hear the word “joy” except at this time of year. Maybe that’s because we’re celebrating the birth of that true JOY at this time!

We need to keep that joy we find at Christmas in our hearts all year round. Joy is special to me, it’s my second granddaughter’s middle name and she definitely brings us much joy!
