A Nautical Teapot on Teapot Tuesday

7 Comments/ 569/ 2

I found this little gem of a teapot before our move back to North Carolina.  It was meant to be as I found it in my favorite little Lake Erie town of Lakeside.  I loved the colors and the accompanying cups that went with it.

While there are no starfish in Lake Atagahi this picture makes me smile because it is the perfect teapot for our lake house.  I served our first pot of tea at the new house out of this and we sat on the back deck and sipped away at our tea.

Little Blue House has some really great products and this one is definitely one of my all time favorite teapots.

A book reads the better which is our own, and has been so long known to us, that we know the topography of its blots, and dog’s ears, and can trace the dirt in it to having read it at tea with buttered muffins. – Charles Lamb, English writer

HAPPY 35 YEARS TO MY SWEET MR. DIAMOND!  I WOULD DO IT ALL OVER AGAIN!
