I’m not fond of birds. But that beach…would love to be there basking in the warmth and sunshine. More snow here yesterday and overnight.

You are not a bird person? Oh my goodness—I love watching birds and especially shore birds. They make me laugh with their running in the surf. We got more snow in the afternoon but my sidewalks and driveway are all shoveled and cleared so no worries! Hopefully all will be clear skies and roads for flying tomorrow!

I have to admit…I’m not one for seagulls. But…I do love their calls mixing in with the sound of the water flowing in and out. Mix in the smell of the ocean and you have such a peaceful image 😉

I’ll admit to loving winter…but those high stepping seagulls do look very smug.

Seagulls always make me giggle with their one legged looks and antics.

Aww, they’re adorable! We used to feed them French fries 🙂

Old Girls in Low Cotton

This short book was one that looked like it would be a fun read. I honestly did not enjoy it all that much---it was a lot of characters bickering and while some of the writing was witty and funny it was not that kind of book that made m...
