Froggy Teapot Tuesday

11 Comments/ 59/ 2

This little guy has to be one of the most memorable teapots in my collection.  Who wouldn’t love some tea poured from this adorable frog teapot?

His smiling face and buggy eyes make me grin every time I see him in my china cabinet so I pulled him out today to showcase him again on Teapot Tuesday.

My niece loves frogs.  To the point that her husband has issued an edict that no more frogs or frog related items can come into their home.  But someday this little froggie will find its way to her home to stay.  It only seems appropriate, don’t you think?

But for now I will enjoy Sir Frog and all his whimsy.

What brew would be appropriate for a frog teapot?  Leave me your thoughts in the comments and remember that we are still supporting Highland Youth Garden with our comments this month.  Each comment means a 50 cent donation all month long so comment often.

This teapot made me think of the childhood song, “I´m a little teapot, short and stout…….” He is adorable and would make me smile every time I used him. I think a pineapple/orange green tea would be perfect served from this froggie.

I don’t know enough about tea to recommend one. But this frog teapot grabbed my heart. It’s whimsical fun.

He’s just adorable and yes citrus green tea is what I’d brew with Sir Frog. Just a cutie.
