Not too long ago I saw a really cute teapot set on Facebook that someone posted. Now this set was not the normal one because it was not made out of china or glass or porcelain. This cute little set was crocheted.
Of course it isn’t a practical set for brewing or serving tea but it was so doggone cute that I tagged my niece Carla in the post. Carla is a pretty fabulous crocheter and I hinted that I needed her to make me one. She responded that she would work on that but since the directions were in Russian it wasn’t looking good.
But guess what she gave me at Lakeside 2 weeks ago? This adorable teapot and two little cups to match. She figured out how to do it an even if my pictures are not that great you get the idea. What a sweetheart she was to make it for her aunty, don’t you think?
Having picked some tea, he drank it,
Then he sprouted wings,
And flew to a fairy mansion,
To escape the emptiness of the world….
