How Good is Your Imagination?

11 Comments/ 97/ 2

How good is your imagination?  I am going to ask you to imagine something today when you look at the pictures in this post.

I stopped by one of my favorite places Dothan Area Botanical Gardens  and took a little stroll. This time of year they hold a Gardens Aglow  event but unfortunately I will not be here on a Friday night when it is occurring.  So today as you look at my pictures you will have to put your imagination to work and see the objects all lit up.

The next picture makes me giggle.  You know what those blobs are, right?  The uninflated inflatables that are supposed to be standing tall and proud.

And yet another unidentifiable inflatable laying prostrate on the ground.

How about this dude?  I am not sure what the story is with him but I am sure there is one.

How did your imagination work?  Hopefully you could envision lots of beautiful lights and colors lighting up the night sky.  If you are around the Dothan, Alabama area on any Friday from now until Christmas you may want to make a trip to the Dothan Area Botanical Gardens.  For more information on the times and admission fees as well as FAQ just click here.

Come back tomorrow to see what was blooming at the gardens.  It’s worth a return click, I promise.

Oh, I imagined the vivid lights, the festive atmosphere, the magic of it all. I especially like the pig.

I imagined a winter wonderland all lit up and inflated. I am sure it will look amazing in the evening. My favourite was the little pink pig! Fun for the whole family I´m sure.

Can’t wait to see them with lights on….at least that’s what I hope you have planned! Also, that’s why I’m not a fan of inflatables – during the day, they always look like sad little puddles! Cheers! ~ Lynn

I’m sure it looks beautiful at night all lit up. There’s just something about twinkle lights… I hope to make out to our Winter Wonderland in the next few weeks to take in the lights and maybe, let the kids skate on the outdoor ring they set up. Should be fun! 🙂

You should try to go to the NC Arboretum to see their Christmas Lights – it’s beautiful and fun! And I don’t quite understand why people put up those inflatables because whenever I see them they are a hot mess…. 🙂
