Valentine’s Day is almost here and what is more perfect than a teapot with hearts on it? This Sadler teapot was an eBay find years ago and I love the look of it.
It is classy and functional at the same time.
Hearts and flowers and gold make this teapot a really beautiful one to use anytime but especially at Valentine’s Day.
The Sadler trademark and hand numbered makes this teapot even better and more collectible.
Did you notice those wonderful tea drops in the picture? I found a new love and they are these lovely compressed tea drops that you just drop into hot water (temperature depends upon the type of tea as I shared in this post.) The tea drops dissolve when stirred and a lovely cup of tea is the result. I got several little crates of these for gift giving but I have been hogging them and haven’t given any away yet because I love them so much. You can go to their website here to learn more about them since I am not sharing yet. I might get a few pennies if you actually buy from this link so that would be awesome.
Thanks for stopping by today. I am so glad that you took the time to read and maybe leave me a little comment . All comments this month go to support our Comments for a Cause – The Bookworm Box.

Leave a commentThat is a perfect teapot for Valentine´s Day. What tea will you make in it? I love my Sadler teapot as well. No collection is complete without one! I used to sell them in the gift shop (my first job many years ago) The quote from The Elegance of the Hedgehog (one of my favourite books) is so wonderful and fits with the teapot.
Beautiful teapot, again, another great find for you. I too love the quote – if only we’d remember it! Perfect valentine’s post!
Truly a lovely tea pot. And I’m checking out the tea drops. May have to order a few for myself. 🙂
That is one sweet teapot. And those compressed tea shapes remind me of bullion cubes. Same idea, I suppose.
It is perfect! Happy Valentine’s Day, my friend. I hope you celebrate with a lovely spot of tea. ♥
Happy Valentine’s day to you & yours!
