A quick and tasty appetizer that is super simple to make and have ready for any event. You can switch up the flavors of jam to create different offerings. These are always a hit and there are never any left over after a party. These were a big hit at my recent tea party and I guarantee you will love making them.
Ingredients
- 2 15 count mini phyllo pastry shells (in freezer section)
- 1 jar jam bacon or my favorite is fig
- 1 wheel Brie rind removed
- 30 whole pecans if desired
- sea salt
Servings: mini bites
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Remove phyllo shells from freezer and arrange on baking sheet.
- Fill each shell with 1/2 tsp jam.
- Cut Brie into 30 chunks and place on top of jam.
- Top with pecans if desired.
- Bake 8-10 minutes until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with coarse sea salt and serve immediately.
